1. How long have you been in this business?

The shop founder Yuexia has been involved in the world of vintage and antique jewelry for many years. In 2017, she took her passion to the next level and opened her online shop, specializing in antique and vintage jewelry. 

2. Where do you source your antique jewelry? Are they authentic?

All our antique jewelry is carefully sourced from Europe and North America. We have established long-term relationships with reputable antique dealers, auction houses, jewelry stores, private collectors, and other trusted sources. Each piece is hand-selected and undergoes thorough examination, analysis, and identification by Yuexia, who is a certified gemologist and jewelry appraiser. We take pride in offering only authentic antique jewelry that has been verified for its quality, craftsmanship, and historical significance. 

3. Are there any hallmarks on that antique ring?

If a jewelry piece is hallmarked, it will be mentioned in the description. However, not all antique jewelry are hallmarked. In fact, it's often the opposite. Many antique jewelry pieces made before the 1900s are not hallmarked. This is especially true for Victorian or Georgian jewelry pieces, which often lack hallmarks. Additionally, vintage customized jewelry pieces may not have hallmarks. It's also worth noting that some antique jewelry may have had hallmarks recently stamped to comply with local commercial laws for resale. Nevertheless, we carefully examine and identify each jewelry piece before it is listed in our shop to ensure authenticity.

11. Can I wear my antique ring daily?

While some antique rings may be suitable for daily wear, many antique jewelry pieces are delicate and may not be suitable for constant wear. We recommend treating your antique ring with extra care. Please see our  "Jewelry Care Manual".
