Return Process:

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process. You can reach out to us via email oldmemoriesjewelry@gmail.com or through our contact form on our website.

  2. Dispatch the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, with all the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.

  3. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For international purchases, please make sure to clearly indicate "RETURN" on the shipping document/s to avoid any import duties or taxes. Any additional charges incurred due to improper documentation will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund:

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we will only deduct the shipping cost from the refund, if applicable.

Items Excluded from Return:

Please note that the following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that have been modified to meet the buyer's requests, such as resized rings or customizations, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased through layaway payment are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
