Layaway Payment Plans

At Old Memories Jewelry, we understand that purchasing a special piece of antique or vintage jewelry may require some flexibility in payment options. That's why we offer layaway payment plans to help make your dream purchase more manageable.

Layaway Terms:

We offer layaway plans ranging from 1 to 6 months, depending on the selling price of the item:

• For items under CAD 500, we offer a 1-month layaway plan.
• For items priced between CAD 500 and CAD 1000, we offer a 2-month layaway plan.
• For items priced between CAD 1000 and CAD 3000, we offer a 3-month layaway plan.
• For items priced over CAD 3000, we offer a 4-6 month layaway plan.

Please contact us before making a purchase if you need a layaway plan, and we will be happy to assist you.

Layaway Payment Process:

To initiate a layaway plan, a 20% non-refundable deposit must be made within 2 hours of confirming the purchase. This deposit will reserve and secure the item for you, and it is non-refundable.

The remaining 80% of the purchase price must be paid within the agreed layaway deadline time. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the specified time will result in the layaway plan being considered as failed, and the item will be automatically relisted in the shop. However, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Please note that items purchased through a layaway plan are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shop Credit for Failed Layaway Plans:

If your layaway plan is considered as failed due to non-payment of the remaining amount within the agreed time, the remaining paid amount, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit, will be transferred to your shop credit. You can use this shop credit towards any future purchase from Old Memories Jewelry.
